Earlybird registration closes on August 8th at 5:00 pm. Regular registration closes on September 6th at 11:00 pm. After September 6th , registrations will be considered on-site walk-ins and will be charged an additional $100 per person per regular fee.
Full refunds through August 31st . Cancellation fees of $50 per registered days will be charged beginning Sept. 1st . No refunds after September 11th, only substitutions.
