On Wednesday, September 16th, Care Providers Oklahoma will hold their Annual Business Meeting and Board Elections along with the Care Providers Oklahoma Awards and AHCA/NCAL Quality Awards luncheon and recognition.

Earlybird registration closes on August 8th at 5:00 pm.  Regular registration closes on September 6th at 11:00 pm.  After September 6th , registrations will be considered on-site walk-ins and will be charged an additional $100 per person per regular fee. 

Full refunds through August 31st .  Cancellation fees of $50 per registered days will be charged beginning Sept. 1st . No refunds after September 11th, only substitutions.

Continuing Education Credits will be submitted to NAB for (up to 12 total hours - 6 per day) and to the Home Care Administrators Registry for Home Care Administrators.  Not all hours will be appropriate for Home Care Administrators (HCA) so if looking for CEUs for HCA, you will need to verify approval by looking on the Care Providers website at careoklahoma.com - Events - Fall Fair - Home Care Administrators CEU approval.
