Participants will learn about designing and defining the scope of a QAPI program, including creating a supportive culture, laying program foundations, and conducting self-assessments. Learning Objectives: 1. Establish a culture conducive to QAPI efforts within their facility. 2. Develop foundational structures for a QAPI program. 3. Define the scope of QAPI tailored to their facility's needs. 4. Conduct effective self-assessments to evaluate QAPI program efficacy.
