This 12 month long virtual series is designed to equip LTC leaders, clinicians, and staff with the knowledge and skills needed to stay compliant, improve quality outcomes, and strengthen survey readiness.
Each MONTHLY session focuses on a critical area of LTC operational or clinical risk, blending regulatory guidance with practical strategies for implementation or corrective actions. Participants will gain actionable insights and tools to enhance facility performance, survey readiness, and risk mitigation.
Target Audience: Nursing Home Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Nursing Leadership, QA Directors, Risk Managers, Compliance Staff, Department Heads
CEU's: One (1) contact hour each session for 12 hours if all attended, NAB approved.
