Join Care Providers Oklahoma and Linda Farrar, Nurse Consultant and Licensed Administrator, as they hit the road to provide a learning and networking opportunity to those working in the long-term care industry. This program will be provided on 3 different dates, in 3 separate locations in Oklahoma.

How to complete an investigation of an unusual occurrence related to abuse, neglect or exploitation or accidents/hazards or altercations of care including components of the investigations to prevent an incident from recurring.
