Monday, July 21, 2025 (9:00 AM - 4:15 PM) (CDT)
Description
In today’s rapidly evolving care environment, the heart of quality service lies in deep understanding—of the resident, the caregiver, and the emotional complexities both bring to the table. The Heart of Care is a powerful and practical program designed specifically for Home Care and Long Term Care Administrators and Staff. It focuses on elevating care through empathy-driven leadership, sustainable workforce support, and meaningful resident engagement. This three-part series addresses core challenges and opportunities in dementia care, staff well-being, and behavioral health. Through evidence-based strategies and compassionate perspectives, participants will gain the tools to lead person-centered care initiatives, foster a healthy care culture, and meet the needs of the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Participants will leave this program with renewed purpose, empowered to build care environments that honor each resident’s story, protect caregiver well-being, and approach behavioral and emotional needs with empathy and expertise. The Heart of Care equips leaders and staff to foster cultures of compassion, connection, and healing at every level of care.
