Topics to be discussed: Charge Nurse Duties, Dealing with Staff, Falls, Aims Evaluation, F-tags, Survey Process; Wound System & Technique, Incident/Accident System including reporting to State, Restorative Care System, Admission paperwork/Discharge process, Transfer process, Restraints Regulations & Paperwork, Antibiotic Stewardship/Infection Control, Weights/Nutrition Process, Medication Pass, Pain System, Abuse & Neglect, Labs, ADL Process including bathing and refusal, Documenting in the Nurses Notes, Physician rounds, Immunization Process, Nursing Assessments, 48- hour Care Plans, Behavior Documentation and much more.
