It is our 75th Diamond Anniversary Year! This year, we proudly celebrate 75 years of leadership, compassion, and excellence in care. Join us for our Diamond Anniversary Spring Convention as we honor our legacy, recognize the champions who built it, and chart the course for the next generation of care.
With 75 years of foundational experience, our Spring Convention celebrates bringing together industry professionals, caregivers, and advocates to discuss the unique challenges and opportunities within long-term care, assisted living, and Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF). The event will feature a series of expert speakers, panel discussions, and interactive workshops that reflect the integrity and determination of the "Diamond Standard" of Care Providers Oklahoma and the Long Term Care community to continually improve the quality of care for residents.
Convention will be conducted May 4th-7th at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Norman, Oklahoma. This program will be submitted to NAB for 19 hours CEU approval. Online registration closes April 26th @ 11:00 p.m. Registrations after April 26th at 11 pm will be considered ON-SITE and will need to be paid on-sight. On-sight registration is an additional $100 per person over regular fee.
No cancellation refunds after registration closes April 26, however substitutions may be made on-site.
Cancellation processing fee: During Early Bird registration = $25.00; During Regular registration = $45.00; No shows receive NO REFUND. Registration will be pro-rated due to survey, must notify registration desk at time of departure.
ONLY HALF-DAY, ONE-DAY AND FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE. REGISTRATION IS PER PERSON AND CAN NOT BE SHARED.

Wednesday, May 6th: Registration check-in opens at 7:30 a.m. - Education 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. - 5 total hours
Thursday, May 7th: Registration check-in opens at 7:30 a.m. - Education 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - 4 total hours
2 half days and 2 full days of education offering 19 total hours of education. 19 total hours of continuing education will be submitted to NAB for LNHA administrators.
