On Wednesday, August 28, Care Providers Oklahoma will hold their Annual Business Meeting and Board Elections along with the Care Providers Oklahoma Awards and AHCA/NCAL Quality Awards luncheon and recognition.

Registration closes August 20 at 11:00 p.m. After August 20, registrations will be considered on-site walk-ins and will be charged an additional $100 per person per regular fee.
Full refunds through July 31. Cancellation fees of $50 per day will be charged beginning August 1. No refunds after August 20, only substitutions.

When is the last time you updated your headshot? Shanna Reece Photography will be offering headshots on Tuesday, August 27, 3rd floor conference area. Sign-up by indicating you are interested and she will contact you to schedule your photo time.
To obtain headshots, a $50 donation to either the Oklahoma Health Action Network or CARE PAC is required. Credit card or cash will be accepted. If you plan to donate to CARE PAC, you must complete & bring with you the Contributor Form (https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:e77f8c12-fb0d-471f-8b41-65d2e07088b8) along with a personal check.
