Join Care Providers Oklahoma and Linda Farrar, Nurse Consultant and Licensed Administrator, as we hit the road to provide a learning and networking opportunity to those working in the long-term care industry. This repeated program will be provided on 2 different dates, in 2 separate locations in Oklahoma. 

This meeting will offer an opportunity for participants to keep up to date with changes that have occurred and are proposed for the future from CMS including changes in 5-star calculations. We will discuss the impact of high level tags (G-L) and the importance of achieving Past Non-Compliance prior to a surveyor entering the center to investigate. We will discuss opportunities for support from the association and from AHCA to assist enters to stay in compliance. Additionally, we will discuss issues from CDC related to EBP (Enhanced Barrier Precautions), and current CDC guidance to facilities related to COVID outbreaks. The participants will also have time to network with other providers in a smaller, quieter environment to share questions and concerns.
