Our residents are vulnerable to COVID-19\, especially the limited few that have elected to remain unvaccinated or are not medically indicated for vaccine use. GREETINGS: Please limit contact with others to "elbow bump" greetings. Please do not shake hands or hug.MASKS: All attendees and guests will be required to wear a mask at all times while inside meeting rooms\, trade show and hotel. Masks may be removed when dining.Due to the rapid changes in Delta variant transmissions\, Care Providers Oklahoma may need to revise these protocols as needed leading up to and during Fall Fair\, including additional mitigation strategies or relaxation of standards depending upon current viral trends. Visitors and attendees at in-person training and/or meetings should acknowledge that there is a risk of contracting COVID-19 infection and that Care Providers Oklahoma cannot prevent and is not responsible for such risk of infection to any person who chooses to attend in-person training and/or meetings. Care Providers Oklahoma requests that anyone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or has been exposed to a COVID-positive individual to stay home to avoid the risk of infection to others. All participants are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines in place at time of event. X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:
