Speakers and education topics on Wednesday, September 10 to include: 2026 Oklahoma Legislative Session Preview with Representative John Kane and Bryan Fried; State of the Association with CEO/President Steven Buck; Ethical Responsibility-One Team One Dream with Cathy Young, Phoenix Healthcare; Stay Awhile: How Orientation & Ongoing Training Reduce Turnover in Skilled Nursing and QAPI with Veronica Ceaser, Gem Healthcare Consulting and Southwest LTC; and closing keynote by Shelonda Darling with Magnet Culture, on Take Root and Grow: How Great Teams Influence Their Staff to Stay. 

On Wednesday, September 10, Care Providers Oklahoma will hold their Annual Business Meeting and Board Elections along with the Care Providers Oklahoma Awards and AHCA/NCAL Quality Awards luncheon and recognition.

Earlybird registration closes on August 17 at 11:00 pm.  Regular registration closes on September 2 at 11:00 pm.  After September 2, registrations will be considered on-site walk-ins and will be charged an additional $100 per person per regular fee. 

Full refunds through August 17.  Cancellation fees of $50 per registered days will be charged beginning August 18. No refunds after September 2 only substitutions.

Continuing Education Credits will be submitted to NAB for LNHA (up to 12 total hours - 6 per day) and to the Home Care Administrators Registry for Home Care Administrators.  Not all hours will be appropriate for Home Care Administrators (HCA) so if looking for CEUs for HCA, you will need to verify approval by looking on the Care Providers website at careoklahoma.com - Events - Fall Fair - Home Care Administrators CEU approval.
