Care Providers Oklahoma invites you to join us at our Independent Operators Summit, February 5, 2026 at the Reed Conference Center in Midwest City, OK. Independent operators often lack the extensive support systems available to larger multi-operators. Therefore, the goal is to offer educational resources that assist with the daily operations of businesses managing one to a few facilities. This meeting is open to Independent Operators managing ten or fewer facilities in Oklahoma, as well as anyone interested in the functions of Independent Operators. 

This program has been approved for Continuing Education for 5 total participant hours by NAB/NCERS—Approval #20270204-5-A118159-IN.
