This session equips nursing home professionals with the knowledge and tools to effectively interpret and apply the State Operations Manual (SOM). Attendees will gain insights into regulatory expectations, survey processes, and strategies for maintaining compliance and improving resident care. Through practical examples and interactive discussion, participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how to use the SOM as a guide for operational excellence.
